JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 307 and other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner and one co-accused Satish assaulted the informant's wife causing injury on her head but the injury report of the informant's wife goes to show that she sustained only one injury and opinion regarding the aforesaid injury was kept reserved. However, petitioner is in jail custody since 26.5.2016 and there is case and counter case between the parties.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
