2. The grievance of the petitioner is only confined to expeditious disposal of his representation pending before the Circle Officer, Sheosagar, Rohtas. It is contended that the application of the petitioner as contained in Annexure-2 alongwith other necessary documents is pending since 24.03.2023 but till date the same has not been disposed off.

3. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, it is expected that respondent No.3 shall consider the application
