JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2015 After some argument, learned senior counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise the points available to the petitioners at appropriate stage before the trial court by filing an appropriate application under section 216 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for amendment in the charge, if no evidence comes in order to attract the ingredients of the offence punishable under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
