2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.1191 of 2023 lodged under Sections 341, 323, 379, 342, 364A, 120B/34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against four unknown accused persons against whom there is allegation that they in connivance with each other stopped the informant and demanded ransom from him and snatched ATM card, laptop, mobile phone, cash and a gold ring from him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather his name has

5. Counsel submits that that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, but only allegation against him is that he has participated in selling of the articles which was subject to theft.

6. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.02.2024 having clean antecedent.

7. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

8. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail but only after framing of charge, if not framed on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Sessions Judge-V, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.1191 of 2023, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
