JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 29.4.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act. The Police raided the house of one Ramdeo Mahto and the petitioner along with two others was caught trying to fleeing away from there. Admittedly, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor his house was raided.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
