Patna High Court MJC No.2867 of 2017(8) dt.14-08-2019 2/3 in the present contempt application, has been complied with to the extent the same related to petitioners no. 1 and 3.
Today, a supplementary show cause reply has been filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 3 to 6 and it has been stated that the said order has been complied with in respect of petitioner no. 2 also.
Petitioner no. 2 is appearing in person and states that this Court's order has been complied to the extent the same relates to him. He, however, has submitted that the opposite parties have wrongly withheld certain amount in respect of petitioner no. 3.
On examination of the stand taken on behalf of opposite parties, I find that there has been substantial compliance of this Court's order and no case of deliberate disobedience of this Court's order has been made out. This contempt case is accordingly dropped. The petitioners shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate authority, if, according to them, the determination of the amount found payable to him is incorrect.
Let a chart showing calculation of the amount found payable to the petitioners be furnished to petitioner
