2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No.129 of 2021 (Tr. No.-27/21) registered for offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 412, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Considering the nature of allegation, as well as, criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4.The Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj is directed to ensure the production of the witnesses on the date fixed for the trial, so that the trial can be concluded expeditiously.
