SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-12-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 3, 4 and 5 of Immoral Traffic Act. His Beauty Parlor was raided, wherefrom incriminating articles were seized, which fact has also been noted in the order of the learned Sessions Judge refusing prayer for bail in the event of arrest made on behalf of the petitioner. I see no reason to take a different view in the matter. Let petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 155/2013 and apply for regular bail, which should be considered in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by the observations made in the aforesaid two orders.
