The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Malsalami P.S. Case No. 411 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 333, 353 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63019 of 2021(2) dt.12-07-2022 2/3 Prosecution case in brief is that all the FIR named accused persons including petitioners pelted stones, bricks on the police party causing injury to some of the police officials and forcefully got released two accused from the police custody. It is submitted that all the petitioners are ladies. There is general and omnibus allegation. Co-accused Tunnu Gope is a social worker and he used to raise alarm against the atrocity of police officials and prior to the alleged occurrence he has written so many petitions before the higher police officials against the atrocities of the police official of Malsalami PS and that is why the present case has been lodged implicating the coaccused Tunnu Gope and his family members. All the sections are bailable except section 332, 333 IPC and these sections have been added in this case only to make this case non-bailable. Petitioners have got clean antecedent except petitioner no. 2 Reena Devi.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
