2. The petitioners are claiming stepping up of their pay at par with the beneficiaries of order issued by the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, West Champaran, Bettiah dated 20.05.2023 ( part of Annexure-P/7 series).
3. It is submitted that the petitioners will be making detailed representation individually for their claims placing reliance and claiming parity with the beneficiaries of order dated 20.05.2023 (supra).
4. In view of such submission, the present proceeding requires no adjudication. The writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file their representations
