2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has recently retired on 31.01.2015 and that he has a grievance of nonpayment of his retirement benefit, Gratuity, Earned Leave and Group Insurance, this Court would direct the competent authority of the State Government to firstly find out as to whether pension payment papers has been submitted by the petitioner and, if such pension payment papers have already been submitted by the petitioner, sanction all the retirement benefit and send it to the competent authority namely the office of the Accountant General and the controlling authority for payment of such amount.

3. This exercise however should be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
