The petitioners seek bail in connection with Barauni
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45376 of 2019(6) dt.28-02-2020 2/3 P.S.case No.166 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act.
Criminal Misc. No.45376 of 2019 has been filed by Md. Shahid Iqubal for grant of regular bail and Cr. Misc. No.50140 of 2019 has been filed by Kahkashan Tabassum, Bibi Ajmeri Khatoon @ Ajmerit Khatoon and Md. Fakre Alam @ Md. Fakhre Alam for grant of anticipatory bail.
It appears that both the cases had been referred for mediation by the different orders passed by the Co-ordinate Benches of this Court in both the application. Now the mediation report is available which shows that the matter has been settled between the parties at one time settlement on payment of Rs.05 lac.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that Rs.05 lac has been paid and the articles have also been returned to the O.P.no.2 in both the cases and submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner has not been controverted by the learned counsel for the O.P.no.2.

Having heard both sides and in view of above
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45376 of 2019(6) dt.28-02-2020 3/3 submissions, provisional bail granted to petitioner Md. Shahid Iqubal of , vide order dated 25.7.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.45376 of 2019 is confirmed and so far petitioners Kahkashan Tabassum, Bibi Ajmeri Khatoon @ Ajmerit Khatoon and Md. Fakre Alam @ Md. Fakhre Alam of Cr. Misc. No.50140 of 2019 are concerned, on surrender/arrest, let they be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S.case No.166 of 2019.
Accordingly, with the above direction, this application is disposed of.
