2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 27 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 457, 380 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of looting the house of the informant.

4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and also the fact that the trial has started, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
