2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Forbisganj P.S. Case No. 774 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners are accused of killing their daughter-in-law.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. Four children were born out of the wedlock of the deceased with the son of petitioners and two children are staying with the family members of the petitioners and two are staying with the family of the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioners and the custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria/concerned Court below in connection with Forbisganj P.S. Case No. 774 of 2024.

8. At the time of furnishing the bail bonds of the petitioners, the learned Court below is directed to verify as to whether two children of the deceased are staying with the family members of the petitioners or not. If it is found that two children are staying with the family members of the petitioners, the bail bond of the petitioners shall be accepted otherwise appropriate order shall be passed.
