JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 11-04-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of an appropriate direction to the respondents to register the vehicles in question, pursuant to the challans filed by the petitioner.
At the outset, a query has been put to the State Government as to whether the entire issue can be considered by the Secretary, Transport Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, to which, the learned counsel for the respondent State is agreeable. The learned counsel for the petitioner is also not averse to the said proposal.
Patna High Court CWJC No.3495 of 2021(5) dt.11-04-2022 2/2 Under these circumstances, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction that in case, the petitioner files appropriate representation before the Secretary, Transport Department, Government of Bihar, Patna i.e. the respondent no. 2, within a period of two weeks from today, the said authority shall take a decision thereon, within three weeks thereof.
