According to the prosecution case itself, it was coaccused Shubhanker, who gave dagger blow to the informant as well as injured of the present case and so far as petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he as well as some others participated in the alleged crime. Petitioner is in jail custody since 15.06.2016 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S.
