27-06-2018 Heard Sri Ranjeet Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 5. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore a restoration petition i.e. M.J.C. No. 4845 of 2013, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 06-03-2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, by way of referring to fact disclosed in the petition, submits that due to inadvertence, he failed to comply the order dated 06-03-2014 passed in M.J.C. No. 4845 of 2013 within time. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that if M.J.C. No. 4845 of 2013 is restored, he will remove the defect immediately. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present restoration petition is allowed.

Patna High Court MJC No.2872 of 2017(2) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 Let M.J.C. No. 4845 of 2013 be restored to its original file, with indication that if order dated 06-03-2014 passed in M.J.C. No. 4845 of 2013 is not complied within a period of four weeks from today, the restoration petition i.e. M.J.C. No. 4845 of 2013 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
