2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. By order dated 08.11.2023, this matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to resolve the dispute between the parties.

4. The learned Mediator vide its report dated 19.01.2024 has, inter alia, reported that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties as per the terms and conditions as mentioned in the report.

5. As the dispute has already been resolved between the parties, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52141 of 2023(5) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 115 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
