Heard Mr. Ranjeet Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Rana Randhir Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach this Court again with appropriate application.
