2. In pursuance of the last order dated 31.10.2025, learned senior counsel for the EOU files latest report regarding investigation and as per the investigation, EOU has already filed charge-sheet against two persons viz., Nandu Kumar Yadav and Meenu Kumari and supplementary investigation is still going on.
3. In case, the petitioner has any grievance regarding investigation, he can give application to the concerned Judicial Magistrate to be forwarded to the concerned Investigating Officer for information and needful. In case, the petitioner has any grievance against the Bank regarding any negligence or deficiency of service, he can move appropriate forum, as already discussed by this Court in its last order dated 31.10.2025.
