2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 72 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351, 351(2), 109(1), 3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per allegation, on 14.03.2025 at about 10:00 PM, the FIR-named accused persons allegedly opened fire at the informant's house, as a result of which, the informant's daughter, Kalpana Kumari sustained a firearm injury on her right leg and fell down. It is further alleged that the occurrence was committed to put pressure on the informant to withdraw Case No. 1011 of 2023 earlier lodged by him.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51167 of 2025(4) dt.08-01-2026 2/2 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner. He has further submitted that the injuries are simple in nature. The petitioner has been in custody since 05.04.2025.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub JudgeIV-cum-ACJM-IV, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 72 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
7. The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of the trial and shall make himself available on each and every date till conclusion of the trial and if it comes to notice that the petitioner is tampering with the evidence, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
