In the light of my earlier order Managing Director, BISCOMAUN is present and has furnished cheque of Rs. 37,475/- in favour of petitioner towards final settlement of G.P.F. claim. He also furnished a calculation chart on the basis of which petitioner shall examine the claim of BISCOMAUN that his entire retiral dues including arrears of salary has been cleared. In the event, petitioner is not satisfied, he shall file representation before the Managing Director, BISCOMAUN within three weeks from the date of receipt/
Patna High Court MJC No.2808 of 2014 dt.15-10-2015 2/2 production of a copy of this order, which shall be considered by the Managing Director within another three weeks and reasoned order be handed over to the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observation, direction the contempt petition is disposed of.
