2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 458 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Sections 8C and 21B of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance (NDPS) Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 25.05.2023 and there is recovery of 36 litres of illicit liquors and 8.5 grams of brown sugar from their possession.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and recovery of illicit liquor and brown sugar from their possession, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, NDPS Act, Araria in connection with Special Case No. 39 of 2023 arising out of Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 458 of 2023.

7. The petitioners will visit Forbesganj Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners.
