2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the General Manager of the District Industries Centre, Madhubani to send the relevant loan documents to State Bank of India, Benipatti Branch, Madhubani for payment of loan amount to the petitioner.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner had applied to the General Manager, District Industries Centre, Madhubani (Respondent No. 4) for processing of documents in connection with a loan sought by the petitioner for setting up a rice mill in the name of M/s. Thakur Industries situated at Village and P.O. Akaur, P.S. Benipatti, District Madhubani, but the loan has yet to be

Learned counsel for the Respondents refers to para 7 of the counter affidavit to submit that the grievance of the petitioner as raised in the writ petition has already been redressed inasmuch as all the requisite documents have already been sent to the State Bank of India, Benipatti Branch, Madhubani on 07.05.2014 for the purpose of facilitating the loan in question.

5. Having regard to the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. Needless to say, it is expected that the respondent Bank shall proceed in the matter in accordance with law.
