2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 133 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/17 of the POCSO Act.

3. The trial has progressed which is at the stage of final arguments as per the information contained in the report dated 22.01.2026 of the learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-VI cum Special Judge (POCSO Act), Siwan.

4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to enlarge
