JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 02-07-2015 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is directed against the order dated 23.01.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Begusarai in S. Kamal P.S. Case No. 18 of 2014 whereby after taking cognizance of the offence punishable under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner has been summoned to face trial.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
