Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court, taking note of his criminal antecedent but submission on behalf of petitioner is that the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 12-08-2015 and as a matter of fact, in Ekchari P.S. Case No. 12 of 2014, in which, the informant had gone to nab the petitioner, the petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court and, after that, the informant lodged the present case. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on
