2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 56 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, on 18.03.2024 at about 10:00 A.M. the informant along with his friend was going to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54695 of 2024(3) dt.17-09-2024 2/2 market by motorcycle. Thereafter, six accused persons including the petitioner on three motorcycle surrounded them and looted Rs. 40,000/- as well as motorcycle.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused person, namely, Nitish Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 27.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58239 of 2024. Pintu Yadav is under custody since 29.03.2024 and Satendra Kumar is under custody since 19.03.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 56 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
