JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 This application has been brought under the heading "To be Mentioned" by the learned counsel for the petitioners for pointing out that as against the name of the petitioner no.5, his parentage has been wrongly recorded as "Haribol Yadav" even when in the bail application, he was described to be son of "Late Shiv Narayan Yadav".

This Court has perused the order which was passed on 18.6.2015 and finds that there is an apparent typographical error in recording the parentage of the petitioner no.5, inasmuch as, in the bail application he was described to be son of Late Shiv Narayan Yadav.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18941 of 2015 (3) dt.08-07-2015 That being so, the name of the father of the petitioner no.5, namely, Pappu Yadav shall be read as Late Shiv Narayan Yadav in place of Haribol Yadav and he is also granted further two weeks' time to surrender in terms of the earlier order dated 18.06.2015.

Thus, the order dated 18.06.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
