JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-05-2016 Three petitioners, invoking inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, have prayed for quashing of an order dated 04.07.2013 passed by learned Adhoc ADJ-I, Sheikhpura. By the said order, the learned court below has rejected the petition filed on behalf of the petitioners under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in Sessions Trial No. 403/13, arising out of Korma P.S. Case no.26 of 2011, corresponding to G.R. No.500 of 2011.

Mr. Zainul Abedin, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor , by way of referring to the impugned order, submits that the learned Sessions Judge, while considering the discharge

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30870 of 2013 (3) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 petition, had examined the matter in detail. He has discussed number of paragraphs of the case diary as well as injury report and only thereafter he has rejected the petition for discharge. I have also perused the impugned order. I do not find any error warranting interference. The petition stands dismissed.
