The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Amrendra Kumar For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Ganesh Pd.Singh(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-06-2015 The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 77 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Sri Ganesh Prasad Singh, learned A.P.P. opposing the prayer for bail submits that in the F.I.R. itself there is specific accusation against the petitioner that he gave blow by iron rod on the head of the son of the informant.
Keeping in view the fact that there is specific accusation against the petitioner, it is not a fit case for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed.
