Petitioner, Dinesh Chaudhary, is in custody since 09.04.2016 in Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 177 of 2016 registered under Sections, 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

The allegation is that from the possession of the petitioner near about 2.5 Liters of liquor was recovered. 4.

Considering the quantity of the recovery and the period of detention of this petitioner, I direct the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saur Bazar P.S.
