The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta O.P.) Case No. 480 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. has been registered against unknown. Merely because the petitioner was made accused in many cases, a suspicion was raised against him and only on that suspicion, he has been made accused in this case. He has been in custody since 26.04.2022.

No stolen article is said to have been recovered

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51829 of 2022(2) dt.22-12-2022 2/2 from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the afore-noted facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta O.P.) Case No. 480 of 2020.
