JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 16-06-2015 Having regard to the nature of allegation for offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and the admitted position that the petitioner is the sole accused having direct allegation of causing fatal injury, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Harishchandra Pasi @ Harichand Pasi is rejected and if the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
