JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are not named in the first information report but it would appear from perusal of the impugned order that in course of investigation, the name of the petitioners came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused and after that the confessional statement of petitioners was also recorded. However, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners and the investigation against them has already been completed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31683 of 2016 (2) dt.17-08-2016 2/2 Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Supriya Goshwami, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No.491 of 2015.
