The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 99 of 2022 registered under Sections 493, 447, 341, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that the informant herself is a married lady whose marriage was performed in the year 2013 with one Chandan Kumar, but the relation did not continue. The said Chandan Kumar got

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Mufassil P.S.
