2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 96, 352, 351(2), 3(5)of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner kidnapped minor daughter of informant for the purpose of marriage.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, petitioner is living at Pune and working in a factory and has nothing to do with the alleged occurrence. During investigation, the victim girl was recovered and her statement under Section 180 of B.N.S.S. was recorded, in which, she has denied the factum of kidnapping and stated that she left the house out of frustration and went to Maharashtra in search of a job. She also stated that there was no love affairs between her and petitioner. Petitioner claims clean

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 64 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
