The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 47 and 53 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

16 bottles of Indian made foreign liquor containing 375 ml. each were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he was caught by the informant in drunken state. Petitioner is in jail custody since 25.05.2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Rail) 1st Class,
