The petitioner seeks bail in Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 192/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 354(D), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 66 and 67 of I.T. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2018. He has clean antecedent. In the written report, there is general and omnibus allegation made by the informant that the petitioner used to send dirty messages on her mobile phone. It is further alleged that while she was going, petitioner told her why her mobile phone is switched off and when she raised objection, the petitioner slapped

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. XVIth, Patna in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 192/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
