The petitioner, namely, Mannu Ray @ Munna Ray is in custody since 25.05.2016 in Barauni(Chakiya) P.S. Case No.285 of 2015 under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the prosecution case, the petitioner committed theft of motorcycle from the courtyard of the informant. No recovery has been made and the petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2016. Chargesheet has been filed under Section 379 I.P.C.

Considering the above facts, I direct that the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34970 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni(Chakiya) P.S. Case No.285 of 2015.
