2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No. 61 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/384, 387 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)a/37 of the Arms Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that one revolver has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail since 04.02.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner,

No.56584 of 2024(4) dt.26-10-2024 2/2 this application is allowed, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, District-Katihar, in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No. 61 of 2024 , subject to condition that :

The petitioner will mark his attendance in Katihar Nagar Police Station on every Sunday of each month and he will co-operte in the trial. In case the petitioner is made accused in any case after his is release on bail then his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
