Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was validly appointed and he is regularly working but he is not getting salary notwithstanding the fact that the petitioner is regularly working.

3. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine whether

4. The District Programme Officer (Establishment) Vaishali is hereby directed to verify the record and if it is found that the petitioner has been validly appointed and he has worked for the period he is claiming salary, necessary decision for payment of salary will be taken by the District Programme Officer (Establishment) within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
