JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted the mother of the informant with Dabiya It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that informant has claimed that occurrence took place on 13.08.2014 whereas actually occurrence took place on 11.08.2014 which got reflected from the counter version lodged by the petitioner being Parsauni P.S. Case No. 104 of 2014 and further reflected from the injury report of the informant which suggests that the informant was examined on 11.08.2014. Though, one injury has been found

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10445 of 2015 (2) dt.24-04-2015 2/2 to be grievous but the same has been found caused by hard and blunt substance whereas the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted by sharp cutting weapon. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Parsuani P.S. Case No. 105 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
