2. With consent of the parties, this writ application is disposed of at this stage itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the reliefs claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioners have already filed a representations dated 13.05.2025 and 10.05.2025 ( Annexure P-16 series) and both these representations are still pending before the District Education Officer, Sheikhpura ( respondent no. 7).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if an appropriate direction could be issued to the District Education Officer, Sheikhpura to dispose of both the representations of the petitioners on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent- State has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

6. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ application is disposed of directing the District Education Officer, Sheikhpura ( respondent no. 7) to dispose of both the pending representations of the petitioners dated 13.5.2025 and 10.05.2025 ( Annexure P-16 series) after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this order by the

7. Needless to emphasize that the final order which shall be passed by the District Education officer, Sheikhpura should be reasoned and speaking order.

8. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of. Pending I.A if any, is deemed to have been disposed of.
