Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 341, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusations are of abusing and assault the informant and when brother and sons of the informant came to rescue then they were also assaulted by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general and petitioners are the agnates of the informant. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22448 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation, let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 151 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
