The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected by order dated 14.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51819 of 2015, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2015 and there is no progress in the case, up till now charges have not been framed and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration. It is also submitted that it is not a case punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned APP opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that the petitioner is one of the assailants. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27832 of 2016 (2) dt.13-07-2016 no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of bail of the petitioner, again his prayer for bail in Sessions Trial No. 232 of 2016, arising out of Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 108 of 2015 stands rejected.

However, let the trial be expedited and concluded as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
