The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Karja P.S. Case No.14 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 188, 153A, 323, 332, 333, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

A dispute arose amongst two factions over passing of procession of Maa Saraswati which became ugly as a result of which both the faction indulged in brick batting. So many persons were apprehended at the spot from the faction as well as have also been named without having any kind of specific contribution.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Anshu Kumar @ Pintu @ Anshu Kumar Chaudhary, is directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Karja P.S. Case No.14 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
