The petitioners being father, brothers and brother's wife of the husband of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after 12 to 13 years of marriage and disposing of the dead body. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim died due to illness in course of treatment. The petitioner no. 1 was on government duty in the State of Jharkhand, which appears from annexure -2 to the petition.

No.10662 of 2015 (2) dt.24-04-2015 2/2 Moreover, the informant has retracted from initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below, which appears from annexure-4 to the petition. Considering the accusation of omnibus and general nature and the retracted version of the informant, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No.32 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
