JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 The only grievance of the petitioner is that in terms of the communication as contained in letter no. 781 dated 09.06.2019 issued under the signature of the District SubRegistrar, Muzaffarpur addressed to Sri Kumar Rajiv Ranjan, Recovery Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Patna, the Recovery officer was required to do certain acts to facilitate registration of certificate of sale but unfortunately the Recovery Officer is not acting upon the communication received from the
Patna High Court CWJC No.15804 of 2019(3) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 District Registry Officer, Muzaffarpur, a copy of which is annexed as Annexure '6' to the writ application. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this court directs the Recovery Officer -II, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Patna (respondent no. 4) to look into the grievance of the petitioner, and, in case, any act is required to be done on his part in compliance of the requirement received from the District Sub-Registrar, Muzaffarpur, as contained in Annexure '6' to the writ application, he will do the same within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
