The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Town (Mot) P.S. Case No. 676 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 353, 427, 120B, 435, 332, 333, 393 IPC and 3/ 4 Damage of Public Properties Act, 1984.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner was one of the member who was involved in the blocking NH-28 with dead body of Jai Narayan Thakur.

Considering the aforesaid fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he was among the protester along with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54969 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 dead body and the case was registered against 300 unknown persons. Let, the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial, Magistrate, 7, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Town (Mot) P.S. Case No. 676 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
